As part of the government’s ongoing efforts to develop and reengineer services… 37 services were developed across 11 government agencies during the period from January 15 to February 26

As part of the government’s ongoing efforts to develop and reengineer services, 37 services were upgraded across 11 government agencies between January 15 and February 26, 2026, as part of plans to continue improving the quality of government services and enhancing institutional performance.

The most notable services developed included streamlining and reducing the review time for requests to extend the construction and operation deadlines for industrial plots, and providing a service to automatically deposit approved benefits for minors via transfer from the billing system, as well as the adoption of aviation warning lights, the streamlining of the review process and reduction in processing time for applications to issue visiting physician licenses, and the digital transformation of the agricultural import permit issuance service and the integration of these permits with the “Sijilat” commercial licensing system.

The development of these services has contributed to reducing the service level agreement by at least 25%, improving the user interface and experience, and streamlining procedures, in addition to converting application forms into electronic forms, reducing the number of application steps to a maximum of 4, and reducing the required documents by 50%.

Furthermore, the number of pages required to access the service has been reduced by 50%, services have been fully digitized, the number of approvals required to obtain the service has been reduced by 25%, and service information published across all channels has been standardized, in line with the expectations of community members.
