It charts a development journey covering key pillars, such as investing in human capital through education, training, social support, and healthcare; preserving heritage, culture, and national identity; and shaping a more sustainable future through environmental protection, climate action, innovation, and digital transformation, as well as advancing economic sustainability and inclusive growth.
