Bahrain Bourse has renewed its sponsorship agreement with the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust, reinforcing its steadfast commitment to national educational advancement and the empowerment of Bahraini youth. The renewed agreement underscores Bahrain Bourse’s designation as a "Supportive Sponsor," underscoring its pivotal role in promoting sustainable educational development in the Kingdom.

The agreement was signed by Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Bourse, and Mashael Al Qutami, Acting Secretary-General and Director of Student and Educational Institutions Affairs at the Trust.

Ali Habib Qasim, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust, was present.

Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa commended the Trust’s impactful role in creating advanced educational opportunities for Bahraini students, stating that education is a cornerstone of national development. He emphasised Bahrain Bourse’s ongoing commitment to supporting academic initiatives in alignment with the tenth United Nations Sustainable Development Goal, highlighting that investing in education helps build a knowledge-driven national workforce capable of driving economic progress. He further described the partnership as a distinguished model of cooperation between the financial sector and nonprofit educational institutions.

Ali Habib Qasim commended the renewed sponsorship, noting that continued support from partners such as Bahrain Bourse has significantly contributed to the Trust’s ability to positively impact students’ academic success and career readiness. He added that such partnerships strengthen the Trust’s capacity to broaden the reach of its programs and support a larger number of aspiring students, particularly those facing socio-economic challenges.

He also underscored that the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust, established in 2013 in honour of the late His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, embodies a forward-looking national vision centred on investing in human capital through the provision of high-quality educational scholarships.

Mashael Al Qutami affirmed that renewing the partnership with Bahrain Bourse supports the expansion of the Trust’s initiatives, enhancing its educational programmes, and further nurturing Bahraini talent. She said that this cooperation reflects a shared dedication to national partnership and social responsibility in advancing the Kingdom’s education sector.
