Launched in 2026, coinciding with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen)’s 20th anniversary, the five-year strategy 2026–2030 aims to accelerate private sector growth, enhance economic productivity, and position Bahraini talent as the preferred choice in the labour market. The strategy focuses on four strategic priorities: directing financial and technical support towards high-impact economic sectors, aligning workforce skills with labour market needs and career opportunities, introducing innovative financing solutions to support enterprise growth and expansion, and strengthening institutional efficiency and governance. Key priorities include developing national talent, creating sustainable career pathways, enhancing private sector competitiveness, and supporting long-term economic diversification.
